Charged for ATM transaction and no money

hi, I'm currently on holidays in Thailand and got charged 212.30 euro for an ATM transaction but no money came out of the ATM. Can this be resolved?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

Generally if this occurs, the funds will be re-credited to your account automatically once the ATM machine is balanced. This can take up to five working days.

After this time, if the transaction has not been returned to your account, you can submit your query on Banking 365 Online via 'Online Service Desk' and 'Ask a Question' and a representative will be happy to raise this with our ATM Team to request a refund.
