    Thanks kkkity, should be back to normal by tomorrow :) completely agree that it can be as bad as the migraine itself. I sometimes get warning signs that one is on the way, if I'm very hyper, crave chocolate or sometimes I get flashing lights in front of my eyes. Not every time though.

    Trance is the name of it. My washing machine was acting up so my fella had a look in the filter. One of my son's socks was wrapped up in it. Don't know how it got there at all.

    They do tend to have wanderlust, i have mostly black socks but still feck all matching pairs.
