Is the Medicus clinic in Watercourse Road still on the go? They don't seem to be answering their phone in the last few days.

    Bump…

A friend in rural Cork is very sick and very unhappy with treatment from local doctors; the friend is a biologist, and asked for the actual numbers from a test his doctor had said he'd sent off. The doctor's answer was meaningless in relation to this test.

This friend has heard that the Eastern European doctors are more competent, and more likely to send targeted tests for particular conditions.

The friend's illness is serious and has been going on for some months now. The illness is in a body that survived a serious attack of cancer many years ago in another country.

If anyone can help with a contact for this clinic it would be great – not just the phone number, but whether the clinic is in existence at all. Apparently the phone offers English or Polish; the friend has left a message in English but had no call back.

Medicus in Cork dissolved a year or two ago... It is MD Clinic that operates there - but majority the same doctors as before.

Thanks very much, Grogi. I've sent my friends the details of MD Clinic.
