You will need someone to do a few things, including the following:
Get planning permission for the house they are delivering on a fully serviced site.

Design and build a suitable foundation, to the companies spec, including the exact location of services in the slab.

ensure sufficient access for lorries and cranes for the erection

“I can’t pay my staff or mortgage with instagram likes”.
