Up late cramming for my certification test and nursing a headache. How they expect me to pass this thing I don't know, given that I have no formal training and no experience using the program and nobody else at my firm uses it... the sales guy, who is no slouch himself, says it's like being thrown the owner's manual of a car and then being expected to pass the driving test when you have no lessons, no time behind the wheel, and not even the car to practice on. He clearly pities me. FML.
