Cancelled online order. No sign of refund

If I placed an order online and paid with a visa card, then cancelled the order and the company has failed to refund me what should I do

Request a chargeback if the refund is not issued within 10 working days.

Thanks for your post.

If the refunds hasn't come back within five working days, then you will need to fill in a ' Visa Debit Transaction Dispute form' please see here.
