    Hi,
Can anyone let me know the titles of any books that are used these days to teach Irish mythology in schools?
I'm not even sure if they are still thought in school, so any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

It's usually included in the SESE section (History, Geography, Science) as part of culture and history. Maybe one or two stories a year, simplified to the basics. Stuff like Fionn and the Fianna, Setanta/Cú Chulainn, Clann Lir, Oisín and Niamh Chinn Óir in Tír na nÓg, the King With Horse's Ears. I haven't come across a particular Irish mythology book for kids in a while, or not one that could be called a school book anyway.
