Cheque Clearing Times

Hi I lodged an AIB cheque in my account last Wednesday (before 9am) and it still hasn't cleared I though it would have been available by now as it is 5 working days later?

Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

When you lodge a domestic cheque like this, it can take between 3 to 5 working days to clear. As you made the lodgement on Wednesday, the 5th working day will be tomorrow (Wednesday the 20th). Once cleared this will show in your online account.
