Can I just ask if you've transferred the money from a Bank of Ireland account to another Bank of Ireland account. And also, if the accounts are Current, Savings or Credit card accounts?

If you made the transfer request as SEPA transfer from your BOI account, then this should be received by PayPal within one working day.

It the transfer was made from your Paypal account you'll need to contact them to confirm their processing times.
