Anybody following the tour de France?

Yes. Love cycling. Some very entertaining elements to this year's race but as there isn't really a competition for the win, it lacks a certain must see factor.

Would you like to cycle a stage of it?

Oh no. It's been years since I was last on a bike.

    Should I get up now?

A little. I shouldn't be. I'll file my tiredness away with my other hypochondrias :)

A few glasses of Sangre de Torres and a couple of episodes of How to get away with Murder.

Do you get away with murder at work or at home?

At home because I'm adult who can do my own thing. Work is a different kettle of fish entirely.

    Do you?

It is lots and lots of colours that change. Today it is a warm blue and green with a little bit of black thrown in. Just a little bit. Sometimes it's like an explosion in a paint factory. It's never just the one colour.
