You had people in this thread talking about how he is probably cheering for France after the injury and all. Absolute legend of a man.

I couldn't imagine that- he bleeds red... And green

Of course you've always had your reservations about him, isn't that right?

    Ha ha ha. Typical :pac:

This is glorious. Very happy for Ronaldo and this Portuguese team. I know there's a few questionable characters in the side but they're so well drilled they've won me over.

Ronaldo has the air of a manger about him.

He has said he doesn't want to have anything to do with football when he retires. Think it was in the movie he made.

Tricky one now. Most Players of the Tournament tend to come from the winning team. I wonder if Griezmann will still get it?

Toss up between him and Ronaldo i'd say. Nani hasn't recently gottent the credit he deserves although probably not as deserving as other players to win the award.

They were the better team against Wales and Iceland

Even if they were, they have been awful, pretty much like modern soccer.

Time to switch to BBC and enjoy the collective misery

Really have been impressed by Nani. Certainly Portugal's player of the tournament anyway. Ronaldo's obviously the better player and has had instants of magic, but Nani has had a much greater in-game impact fairly consistently.

French were beaten the minute Eder scored

    Absolutely no fight in them.

A real icing on the cake moment for Ronaldo's career and legacy.

And before anyone says anything about his contribution tonight, he's the joint 2nd top scorer in this tournament and has the 2nd most amount of assists in this tournament too.

Ronaldo's just thinking about himself as always. When he gets to lift the trophy and beng the center of attention that he craves.
Yeah as opposed to the rest of professional footballers who don't dream of lifting major trophies. The absolute monster.
