Modifying a trailer to turn it into a catering unit.

    Hi
    Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction here, I have bought a big trailer in the view of turning it into a catering van. Where would i get someone to modify this type of thing? i need a hatch cut out of the side of it first of all and then the equipment put in.

    Any help would be appreciated
