hi i have been charged for a replacement card, even though the lady in branch said there would be no charge as the card was damaged, can you please clarify the charge?

Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

There is an €8 charge for a replacement Visa debit card.

As you mentioned that you were advised the charge would be waived it would be best to discuss this charge with the staff member at your branch who advised this.
