    Hey all

Looking to upgrade the harddisk in my Lenovo M30 to an SSD.

Does anyone know if something like this is suitable:

    http://www.elara.ie/productdetail.aspx?productcode=ECE3429399

or if I need to get an specific adaptors?

Storage capacity does not need to be huge.

As regards the fresh install, is it just a mater of downloading the ISO onto a bootable flashdrive and installing windows. I believe the product key is store on the computer so I won't need to enter it?

    Cheers!

You can get SSDs with cloning kits, which means they will copy your existing set-up to the SSD via a cable, then you replace the HDD with the SSD and away you go - only faster. smile.png

I'm only posting this link to show you what to look for - I'm NOT recommending this brand or SSD:

It'll save you having to reinstall. But if you wanna go that root, then away you go. I've not purchased Win10, so I wouldn't know where to get it ... legally.
