    Hi there,

    As a BOI personal current account customer what documents are required if you apply online for the Affinity Credit Card?

    If salary is mandated to BOI is that proof of income ?

    How long does the salary have to be mandated for ?

    Good Afternoon Darren Hawkins, 

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie to apply online you will need the following information; 
    -Your Bank of Ireland Current Account Number and Branch name. 
    -Details of existing credit card / loan balance details. 
    -Details of existing Savings Accounts
    You may be asked to provide statements which will show your wages coming into your account and you will need to be in full time employment for over 6 months.
