Just finished. Solid ending. Had been worried it was gonna lose track of itself but it didn't.

    +1 Good post Liam O :)

I liked it. I had guessed that saving JFK would make the world worse but they gave a satisfying conclusion.

I've just watched the first episode last night, which I enjoyed - the humour, his cultural slip ups and so forth. Driving the route to the book depository, even briefly, was eery. There were one or two elements early on that seemed 'well, this is a device to...', but apart from that, pretty good. Shades of something supernatural possibly going on, not surprising given that it's Stephen King. A stroke of bad luck
    with the fire.

I'm up to episode 7. Not a particularly deep show or anything, but pretty good.

    i really enjoyed the series.

Could have done with more incidents of the past pushing back - time didn't seem very concerned the closer we got to the en d.

    In episode 7
Oswald gets the inspiration to kill JFK from a newspaper. The newspaper was dated the 20th of November but Oswald was reading it on the 18th.

Was this the past pushing back? Had Jake and Bill interfered enough prior to that that Oswald fate was not got shoot Kennedy and the past tried to correct it by sending Oswald a message from the future?

Recorded this show on Fox and just only watched it this week. Really enjoyable show. I loved the way they captured the 60's look and feel, particularly the treatment of Miss Mimi. I liked James Franco in the lead, he probably is not everyone's come up of tea, but I though he was well cast. I thought the whole cast did a great job, Sadie, Deke, Bill, Miss Mimi, Oswald.

I was a bit surprised how the shooting was wrapped up so quick in the last episode but it built to a great end with Sadie and Jake dancing. I think I'll track down the book now.

I read the book before the show started. The book is really excellent. I gave up on the show after 3 episodes.
