Looking for someone to drill 25mm holes in ahouse

Its a strange job, I am looking for someone to drill 25mm holes using a core bit , just under eaves and just under DPC near ground. Its to put in drillvents (www.drillvents.com). You must do them at 750mm centres so there will be a fair amount of holes, probably same amount as if you are pumping the walls.
Does anyone have a number of anyone who could do this? I am think would any of the lads who work doing insulation be a good bet?
(Reason for doing this is to put in enough vents for the timber frame cavity).
House is in North Cork, close to city.
