    I tried that code too, wouldn't work for me on website or app (connected by 3g), I think it also depends on the take away you buy from.

    Set up a new account in friends name and phone no and different email will work then

    I did that, on the ordering process I enter a fake name, phone number and email to test but same issue, I also thought could be the IP address so I tried on the mobile app connected on 3g. I think it might be related to the place I was ordering.

    Don't put your real phone number in. The system will look for it in its directory even if you're a 'new' user and deny you use of any voucher codes. I always just mash a random number in and it's grand.
