Natalie looks like Lenny Henry in drag. Disgusting person inside and out.

I said it last night, I think it's only a matter of days untik Hughie properly slips up and drops a racist bomb on Natalie and that will be the end of him in the house.

I physically cannot watch or listen to MPW and Laura anymore, whenever they are on screen we either fast forward it or just mute the TV. They are pathetic and the fact that they knew each other before going into the house just makes it even worse, obviously they went in with the plan to **** on camera and thought that will keep them in the house until the end.

Andrew is definitely my favorite housemate this year, he actually has a brain unlike the rest of them and is playing a good game I think, hopefully the voting public see this and keep him in when he inevitably goes up for eviction this week.

Laura is despicable, clearly, but she has the potential to be an excellent housemate. She's such bad news and so vile that it will be TV gold to see her when Marco goes and who she will get her claws into next. She's a man eater. Maybe a woman eater too.

Agree with Esse85 that Jason is looking like he could be a good housemate. It's very subtle and people may have missed it but when people where escaping from the house he was as cool as fcuk and pointed out to people that there wa food in the oven and just walked off eating. He has no time for that nonsense and can see him being a great housemate in the long run. Him and Charlie is going to be explosive.

Hughie cracked me up when he was screaming his head off and ranting like a madman in the diary room and then said 'This is the calm before the storm' :P I do think it was his fault though as there was no need for him to keep pointing out that Jayne was upset. He was, dare I say it... troublerising.

Natalie is okay deep down I think but she is majorly insecure and is on the defensive all the time as a result. If she would just chill I think she would shine.

Evelyn is probably the housemate that is playing their cards closest to their chest the most. Don't really have an opinion one way or the other about her.

Jackson thinks he's black and bugs the hell out of me. The way he went on to Andrew was laughable, insinuating he would have done something had he been in the other room. Yeah, course you would. Andrew would just give you a spin kick and send you back over the wall into the other house you muppet.

Alex I don't know what to think of tbh. Seems to be on Valium the whole time.

Georgina I keep changing on. One second she is lovely and then next she says something really weird.

Had to laugh when Sam was explaining the situation with Ryan to Emma and she was trying to walk away form him. He grabbed her arm as if he hadn't he would have been left there talking on his own. Another strange housemate who I have no clue about really.

Ryan is trying to be like Brian Dowling I think. He thinks his exaggerations are entertaining and I can see them just getting worse. Can't see him ever chilling in the house. He's drama 24/7.

Chelsea says some great one liners. I if he keeps that up, that Walter Mitty esque kind of character could see him gain fans. He could have cult status potential. You couldn't write a character like that.

Andy seems okay but he without question feels superior to people, more intelligent than them (wouldn't be hard) but that will grate with the public in time I'd say.

Lateysha is okay. Seems fun and pretty genuine overall. A little dizzy maybe but harmless really.

Andrew is my fav so far. I think he messed up and knows it but he is still the only housemate in there that I can imagine having a genuine conversation with in the real world. All the rest are up their own bottoms to one degree or another. He is very calm and I like the way he doesn't react to bs being thrown at him. It would be understandable if he did but he seems to always have the ability to calculate what he should do next and then do it. He may be a cyborg.

Hope nobody is reading this eating their breakfasts (danger of spitting it out) but..

On July 12th Marco's mother will stand trial for kicking him in the balls multiple times!

Can we set up a crowd funding page for her? :D

Oh Laura. Feminism must be so proud of you. I haven't once seen her wearing "normal" clothes. It's always something ridiculously erotic. So much for MPW getting a warning to respect other housemates' physical boundaries!!!

I'm watching with my Mum and it's getting awkward now. God knows what they'll be up to tonight. Have to laugh though at the other housemates sitting around while the two of them are practically having sex in front of them.

The way he dresses for court!!! In a white vest, displaying tattoos, and jeans with ripped knees. The shoes must have cost an arm and a leg. I'm surprised the Judge wouldn't have sent him away to get dressed.

Coming from such obvious chaos in his life, what can be expected from MPW Jun.? The parents have a lot of responsibility for how this disaster of a man-child, has turned out. Money certainly has not been of any advantage. Imagine the (Parents,) divorce application was withdrawn after 3 million had been forked out. There must be no end to MPW Senior's earnings.

Much as I don't like what I'm seeing on BB 2016, especially the strangulation scene, I have to admit it is compulsive watching so far.

    Just caught up now...

I honestly didn't think I'd see a more pukesome BB sex show than Stephen & Kimberly, but by God, Laura & MPW have just surpassed them. Neither of them have a shred of self respect. They are repulsive to watch. I feel like scrubbing myself with a wire brush after witnessing their rotten carnal misadventures.

Andrew was bang on when he mentioned in the other house that Marco would soon get himself nominated - I reckon enough people in the house are tired of him now, he should get at least two nominations, which would hopefully see him up. If Andrew does his job well, hopefully Laura will be up too (although she has a far higher chance of going than MPW - the producers have a higher stake in him remaining). I think BB will do everything in their power to keep that filthy rat creature in for the forseeable.

Between all the hysterical arguing and the sexual playacting, the one genuine moment for me came from Andy in the DR. I mentioned earlier in the thread, that I pitied his being in the house with all the other assorted human wannabe miscellany he had been unfortunate enough to be lumped in with and he looked so desperately frustrated at the level of intelligence he was encountering, I couldn't help feeling for the guy.
If you're in any way smart or inquisitive or intelligent, the BB house must be like being in a desert of stupid. Endless miles of neverending stupid, desperately looking for an oasis of wit or intelligence amongst the sahara of superficial dimness. He won't find much of it in that house this year, sadly...poor sod.

How intelligent is he though really? What was he expecting? Mensa's finest to be in there - he choose to go in there with a strong idea of they type/carry on that would be in there.

It ain't like this is the first serie or anything.

This is how I imagine Andrew's point of view wheb he is sitting down absorbing all the information in about the housemates

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,677 ✭✭✭Eyepatch

I find Andrew very interesting, but quite scary at the same time. He claims he can form good (emotional) relationships with the HM's (Freudian slip - I was going to write "inmates" - LOL!), while at the same time working his Game Plan. I seriously doubt that. To him, the HM's seem like little more than objects - chess pieces that he can move around, while planning the End Game - Check Mate! Looking at his expression, while he sits there in the middle of the chaos he has just created with his dead-pan look, I doubt he can do as he says - i.e. form relationships with them on an emotional level. To me he seems to have some sociopathic tendencies, not that I like to say that, as I do like him! Depending on how he chooses to live his life, these traits could make him a great criminal, should he decide to go down that road.

His whole "I hope to be friends with everyone after this" speech was possibly the most fake moment so far, which considering the housemates in there is very impressive.

Ah I'm sure he knew the types that would be in there, but being a journalist, I reckon he had a natural curiosity about human nature and looked forward to hearing about people's various life stories and backrounds. Not all BB HMs have been shallow, superficial people. Last year, he could have been in with the Welsh politician guy and the weird older blonde lady (both names escape me - sorry!) and the year before, he could have had Chris or Christopher to talk to. This year, I still have hope that Andrew, Georgina and maybe Jason could bring up the intelligence quota a bit more.

I think it's just certain characters in there this year are driving the mood of the house completely. MPW in particular is not condusive to any sort of intelligent discourse and his brand of ADD sexual hyperactivity dominates everything and everyone. That type of agressive alpha HM can really steer a series in a certain direction for everyone (see Marc O'Neill and Helen Wood).

Unfortunately more thoughtful, intelligent HMs tend to get swallowed up by such people in any given series and it looks like Andy is such a casualty in this series. I just feel for him, as I can imagine many viewers identify with his frustrations.

I hear you but I still think he needs to look at himself and not others in the house - he can't change them but he can change how he responds. It is up to him how he responds really.

He shouldn't have went in there if he felt this kind of behaviour/stupidity would throw him.

I wouldn't go in there as I know they would drive me mad - I couldn't cope with people like that and I think like 80/85% are kind of like that and that ain't changing. He maybe needed to recognise that before he went it.

I hear you though - I'm sure it is tough on him and it might be nice to have a more diverse group rather than the type that go in there.

Apologies for the OT post but does anyone know of a twitter account or RSS feed for the major developments in the house please? I'm sick of finding out someone has left the house about eight hours after the rest of the world (Victoria). The official BB twitter was tweeting every five seconds so I'm now subbed to the digital spy one but there's a lot of rubbish tweets there as well.

Wondering if they are going to send in MPW's 'Fiancée' (lol) to stage a 'confrontation' with Laura? Two women in their thirties fake fighting over a grubby man child moron, it's very believable right!?
My money is on the two women conceding (after a little staged hair pulling that for some reason turns MPW on ) and proclaiming that he is too good not to be shared so agree become his 'sister wives'.
No reason why he couldn't finger both of them in the smoking area, he has two hands (more than he has brain cells). How low and fake can this get?

Laura in bed last night with Marco kinda looked like a rabbit with her facial expression while having a buck rabbit ride her.
Rabbits would have been nicer to look at.

    :D:D:D:D to the rabbits.

Have just decided that the word I'd use for the other two is Repulsive. Both of them in equal measures, they are well matched, fake or not tbh.

Well I just f8nished watching last night's episode and holy f**k. What a disgusting pair of scumbags Laura and mpw are. Lowest of the low.

I find hughie hilarious when he goes off on his rants and God love him he's not intelligent enough to see Natalie is winding him up on purpose, he'd do well to ignore her. She is pretty loathsome.

Am I the only one who thinks Andrew is hot as f*ck. A real cool character. Andy should pal up with him, they'd at least have some intelligent conversation.

Alex and Jackson are a waste of space in the others house.

Overall though a great start to the series. MPW will be gone soon hopefully and we'll see many of the hms coming out of their shell.

I caught up on this earlier today when my toddler was having his nap. My eyyyyyyes! MPW and Laura are a pair of complete and utter skangers, they have absolutely no class whatsoever and it is guaranteed that they'll be having sex on camera as they clearly will do absolutely anything for fame. I'm no prude but they're actually vile.

Unfortunately I cannot see the sleazebag going anytime soon, his fiancee's producer friend will make sure he stays in.

Totally agree Merkin , they are horrendous people , no sense of self respect , let alone anything else in their bid to get as much airtime and publicity as they can. Disgraceful behaviour and no morals at all it seems. And I'm no prude either :)

    Hi Guys,

I've recorded all episodes of the show to date but haven't had the chance to watch them. Just wondering what ye recommend. I've a few hours night, should I start watching what I've recorded so should I start watching the soccer?

    Watch it :) BUT -

Be prepared for strong language , scenes of a sexual nature , even more scenes of a more graphic sexual nature :pac:

Pretend you're watching a David Attenborough Wild Animals at play and all will be fine :pac:

Watch BB! The opening show is long and protracted and is condensed in the first fifteen minutes of episode 2 so I'd start there and give the opening night a skip. It's been entertaining so far!
