Every birthday needs a clown, right? Maybe I could dig up the decaying corpse of Matt Borne so he can continue to make kids cry.

Officially an old man, I see. No more night clubs for you. It's the Logan's Run law.

Ha! Even when I was 18 I told Steve (OOC) that I hate nightclubs because they're too loud. "Remember that I was old and crotchety when I was young!"

They've played well tonight so far, they definitely deserve to be one of the favourites, but I think it'll be Germany to win it out.

Fantastic win for the Irish rugby team over South Africa, in South Africa.

Our U-20s beat their New Zealand counterparts as well.

England looking impressive. Spurs lads certainly seem to have brought their A game. Playing with no fear, they could do well.

I think Spain will come back big style from their pitiful World Cup. So much talent.

That said Germans should be there or there adouts come the final two.

I don't believe in ghosts...but a plate we had up on the wall for 11 years just flew off the wall utterly on its own. No one was near it, no vibrations from anything else in the house. Was just sitting playing Overwatch when wham! The thing fell off the wall. Frightened the life out of me.

50 dead in Orlando after shooting in a club, terrible attack, the shooter known to FBI but still had fire arms, baffling - RIP the victims

Shooter apparently pledged allegiance to Islamic State.

I shook my head when I heard, this seems to happen on a regular basis in the U.S that I'm not even shocked/surprised anymore when it happens.

Also it's the 173rd shooting in the U.S this year, and we're only 163 days into 2016, that in itself is a shocking figure..

    50 dead is some figure.

Much like when I was UCD the time of the Virginia Tech Massacre. I always sort of equate these things it what it would be like at home.

No different to some crazed mad man/women going into the George and shooting up the place leaving 50 odd dead.

Horrible event. There have been some awful ones in the US this week alone.

I see Trump is now positioning himself as the only candidate that can bring order. I worry that a sense of fear and suspicion will drive Americans into his arms in the election.

Next time he's in front of a crowd, I can almost guarantee he'll use this tragedy as one big "I told you" and the amount of American's who'll buy into his whole anti-Muslim shtick will jump massively, and those who already follow him will buy into it further.. And the pro gun nuts/pro 2nd amendment/N.R.A will spew out their "this wouldn't have happened if those people had been armed" line..

Sad day for humanity and the entire world if he gets into office as 45th President in January 2017..

The Irish football supporters remind me of the nxt full sail crowd, they're more interested in getting themselves over. It was funny at first but now it's wearing thin.
