mail client?

    Im quite new to using macs on a day to day basis. I have used them for work for a while, but now my new laptop is a top spec G4..

    Just wondering what mail clients people use?

    Im using Entourage, but Im wondering if there is a great undiscovered mail client out there ala The bat on windows :)

    I use mail that come bundled with OSX myself, pureply for the Junk Mail Filters. It seems to run faster then entourage.

    Entourage is the funky name for Microsoft Outlook on OS X:)

    as it happens that evil microsoft mail client ate my mail yesterday and wont even open now..

    So Im using the mozilla mail client now :)

    Hi all,

    the native mail app works v well and is stable ...a word to the wise if using Entourage if your entourage db file goes beyond 2GB it can burst leading to eof errors (less than 50% chance of recovery) and also mail action cannot complete errors.
    No such issue with mail app

    Just wondering if anyone has experiance with Outlook 2001 ?

    Can create discussion public folders on Exm server etc...
