Rollavio and other childhood games

Saw this in another thread and finally my curiosity can be sated. What the fcuk was rollavio? We never played it or heard of it round my way but as i grew up more and more people would shout RAAAALAAAVVIA in fond reminesance (sp). What were the rules? I also saw World Cup (bags brazil) and Brittish Bulldog mentioned.,. now…

I thought It was releiveio.

basically chasing and when you caught you put your hand on a wall and can be released by a teamate running under it.

very frustrating as eight guys on a wall can all be freed by one fast prick running under in one go.
