New BB Campaign Group in UK

    Apart from Broadband 4 Britain a new campaign which is focused on Rural areas has been formed this year.

    It is called Access to Broadband Campaign or ABC

    The website is Here . They appear to be blissfully unaware of IoffL, God bless them. They are currently in the news because they are organising a conference in London (I know, London!) about the issue, bit like IoffL 2 years ago or so. See their home page for links.

    They have Very Quiet Forums compared to the rowdy Paddies in here, but give 'em time. Their variant of the Group Data scheme is the snappily named CAN or community area network

    And now as we in Ireland usually end up following up on whatever happens in the UK. What about an IOFFL sub-division entitled - Broadband 4 Ireland ?...
