Munster Crest Change

    Was reading over on the forums on www.munsterrugby.ie that there is a planned change to the Munster Rugby crest, there is also talk of a name change but that doesn't look realistic, anyway what are you thoughts on a change.

    I think its ridiculous. The Munster crest should just be the three crowns on the navy background.

    Changing it so they can copyright it is wrong. I am in Limerick and 95% of Munster jerseys/polo shirts/t-shirts you see around the town are the genuine article anyway so I dont know how the Munster Branch are going to gain financially from it. The dodgy gear using the original crest will still be made and sold.

    As for changing the name, well thats just hilarious. Cant see the Munster Marauders/Muckers/Maniacs catching on. Does anyone actually refer to Leinster as the Lions?
