I'm sure the joke shop on South King St (across from side entrance to Stephens Green Ctr) will have them. If not Funny Biz on O'Connell St or the costume shop on D'Olier St (opposite the small door to the Irish Times).

The Hat Shop in the Stephens Green Centre has a good selection, and none too expensive as well. Its down towards Dunnes Stores on the ground floor.
