Yes Lithuania is an option for those tired of going to Med destinations, accommodation, cost of living, recreational activities are all cheap in comparison to prices charged in the more popular destinations. The one drawback is there are no chartered flights one must use SAS schedule flights, at approx 450 euros including taxes, it's the fastest way for Irish people to get to the capital, then a 3 hour bus drive to the baltic sea coastline. The climate is quite nice May to September with the temperature averaging just over 20+ and peaking to 28 - 30 for 3-4 weeks during July-August, 5 months much better than the 5 weeks we normally get in Ireland. Interested email me, all bookings will be made through a fully bonded travel agency in Dublin, and payment is only necessary 10 days before departure as per apex flight ticket requirements. What’s really very good here also is hunting from Sept on and fishing all year round. Yes hunting for wild boar/deer or whatever with snow on the ground or fishing in 25 c in summer time or going ice fishing from Nov to Feb.
