Building a Death Row at Guantanamo "is one of the plans", said Gen Miller.

The special tribunals will involve no juries and there will be no appeals to higher courts, only reviews of verdicts by the defence secretary, and ultimately, the president.

General Miller said building a death row was one plan. Another was to have a permanent jail, with possibly an execution chamber.

Sounds like it's becoming a concentration camp, although on the bright side is they have a nice dental plan.

theyre pushing it...this is no basis for arabs to trusts them or even cooperate with them , every single guy they kill will create a few other terrorists.

I am just thinking about all these kids being orphaned because of the war in Iraq, how they will react in a few years time...
If the USA army can amass such a huge load of army volunteers when the planes struck the towers, what effect will it have in Islamic countries ?!
