Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Time paradoxes don't actually matter - you don't have to interact with anyone to change history.
If you did travel back in time, EVERYTHING from then on would change very slightly - eventually, a completely different world would emerge. The people being born would all be different, and your family as you knew them in your time would simply not be there when you returned – they’d be all different.

It’s all because WE CAN’T PREDICT THE FUTURE. Take the lottery – if you could go back to last Saturday morning, and play that night’s winning numbers as you remember them, that night's draw would then still be in the future, and all events would change slightly from the time you arrived back, INCLUDING YOUR OWN SELECTION OF DIFFERENT LOTTERY NUMBERS FROM THE ONES YOU CHOSE BEFORE!!! A completely different set of numbers would arise, and you would just end up playing the lottery as normal.

Remember Derren Brown’s Lottery Show – it was obviously a sham, but he (unintentionally) proved the point - WE CAN’T PREDICT THE FUTURE, at least not in any exact specific way. Can anyone say where they will be one year from now? Or one day? Can they say exactly? No.
