Atlantic Bird 1 @ 12.5west need info

I just got Atlantic Bird 1 at 12.5west installed and I was wondering if there is anyone or anywhere to find out what time things are on at. I got it for wrestling. I know that this satellite is feeds except for two new channels that were put on in the last week or so. That’s why I posted it here cause someone might be able to tell me somewhere to find out what’s on or someone might be able to tell me when things are on.

When it comes to feeds you have to see it like Dublin bus.
You wait and you wait and then all of a sudden a few arrive at the same time.
What a good idea is,,do every hour or two a complete satellite search,taking in to account that this sat is used for transatlantic feeds,so late a night
