    How about a link from one of the menus that'll just throw you to a random thread, I tend to get bored and would like something like that to get me to look at boards that I never think about.

    Like it... might work it into the new front page.

    We are looking to get a system working where by excellent threads will be bubbled up to the top by Mods and the top 5 will show on the front page in a separate part of the front page.
    that should also provide you with top quality threads that are from boards you might not frequent.
