eircom PPPOE software

Hi. Anyone know where to download the official Eircom PPPOE software, the Eircom engineer didnt leave me any software, I have some I downloaded off the net but it is only connecting at 4000000bps the Eircom one connected at 5200000bps. Hi.

Anyone know where to download the official Eircom PPPOE software, the Eircom engineer didnt leave me any software,

Don't think you can download it, try RasPPPoE instead.

Probably won't make a huge difference, the client software shouldn't have an effect on the connection speed.
RasPPPoE is a better client anyway, imo.

I have RASPPPOE installed at the moment, it hasnt slowed down downloads Mp3 ect, but web pages are downloading more slowly,
maybe I have installed RASPPPOE wrong
