Does anyone know if the bikes they have at these are worth anything?
I.e is it worth my while dragging myself in there to look at these bikes, or will they all be $hite?

Aren't they all unclaimed, recovered stolen bikes? Who'd steal a sh*tty bike? My guess is they'd all be pretty decent, dunno though.

There are only pedal cycles for sale, no mopeds etc,
as for quality it varies but ther are all types and varities, they literally have mountains of bikes here and sometimes you can get a very good bargain, the best thing to do is have a look the day before if you are around town, you could also admire the lovely surrounds of Kevin Street station which to the best of my knowledge has a preservation order on part of it !!!

I know it starts at 11.30am, any idea how long it'll run for? Does it run all day or what?

I am just back from the auction. Prices aren't that cheap. I was expecting better bargains. Maybe there will be better bargains later in the day.

There was about 100+ people there. Average price being around 100 euro. You have to pay a 50 desposit to get a auction number.

The real winner in this is the aucioneer who gets 6%.
    Humphrey.
