i have 2 computers on my network and both can access the net. is there a way that i can get the 1 without the modem to open ande close the connection thanx in advance

the host has win xp home, the other has win2000pro
i cant seem to find a way to connect from the win2000 computer
is there a way of controlling each computer directly?
