A woman sent her banjaxed telly back on the 8th of March. It disappeared. She then ran a Blog on her efforts to get it back...it still ain't back (20th of May) so it may not have been fixed yet , 10 weeks later.

A salutary and amusing story on how not to run Customer Service departments....if you DO care about your customers. Imagine what Dixons and Currys would be like if they did NOT care about their customers.

Here a story of another guys efforts to get his Camcorder Back . This is very scary. Make sure that any goods you send back to Currys or Dixons are inspected fully instore and signed off as internal/mechanical/elctronic faults to ensure that they are not accidentally 'Dropped' later in order to void your warranty.
