    WTF?

This is really a rehash of Blue Velvet and "Twin peaks" (good at the time) rolled into one.

Do you have to be on the same kind of drugs as David Lynch to understand this movie?

the only good thing abouth the whole movie was the hit scene. which takes about 5 minutes of movie time, but has absolutely nothing to do with the story. I get the impression that this was a bit that was accidently picked up from the cutting room floor, and spliced into the flic.

Perhaps a big doobie helps when watching this one, but thank god I didn't go to the cinema to see this drivel.

what are you talking about - its a great movie
in fairness it didn't make much sense but a film doesn't have to...

its in a similar vain to magnolia and to vanilla sky

    (oh noe, a thread resurrection)

I just saw this film and.. well it didn't make much sense it's true but I enjoyed it all the same. i think I get what was going on for most of the film but there are still things that.. confuse me.

i heard that it was originally meant to be a tv series, but there wasn't enough funding so it was thrown together as a movie.. which could explain alot of the weird plot-hole'ish stuff..
