Ok lets give it another shot :)

Theres a program called BiTorrent which is really useful for file sharing.
    http://www.bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html
It can be used for sharing for example west wing episodes or sliders episodes, TV shows etc.

I've seen it used on a different forum, where they set up a special forum for requests.

For example, if person X wanted to try and get episode 11 from season 11 of the simpsons, they would post asking if anyone had it, then hopefully someone who has it, would set up a bitorrent link which would allow them to download it.
It has the added bonus that while you're downloading, you're uploading the bits you've already got, which means faster speeds for all.

You'd have to have very strict anti warez laws but its really useful for sharing TV shows etc, espically if you want to get them from the states when they arent out here yet.

Seems like a nice idea in principle, but if you're looking for TV episodes that haven't been aired over here yet then how likely is it that you're looking for legal material?

Yeah well I dont really know what the legal issues on it would be.
However the other forum i've seen using it have movies and tv shows, strictly no warez though, and they are very strict on it.
Is there any lawyer people who could help us out :)
