how much would it cost to get one of these fitted, for an attic conversion?

A fortune, quite possibly €4,000+ for something that will comply with reg.s. Go for a simple stairs that follows the roof (uses up least floor space while providing max headroom). Allowing the same width of step, if should take up much more space and as it won't be in the centre of a wall, it can be neatly tucked away

If you just want the attic for storage, use a stira (stira not suitable for living space).
