[Available] Double Room Killiney/Cabinteely Female Wanted

    I have a double room to rent in Killiney
    The house is very close to the Tesco Shopping centre where there is an xtra vision a pharmacy and a few other shops its about a 2 min walk (maybe less )

    The house is also on the 7 Bus route which goes to Dublin via Dun Laoire and Blackrock
    There is also a feeder bus for the Dart in Dun laoire

    Its four bed house and the the rent is about 435 euro a month
    we are really looking for a female tenant to keep a balance in the house (bills are extra)

    it is a house share, the landlord is pretty cool and leaves us be,
    only comes when we need things fixed and is very good in that regard
