    Hello,
I'm trying to get from Ireland(Shannon is nearest to me) to Prague or Vienna, dosen't matter which in the middle of July for a week or two.
Where can I get the cheapest flights? I'm looking at ryanair.com and aerlingus and easyjet...trying to stop off in London first and change...but they seem kinda expensive.
    Anyone any ideas?
    Thanks.

last week I booked dublin to prague - mid week, for one week in August - for 64 euros there and 64 back, I think that's a pretty good price - aer lingus

Don't know if you're still looking but some Czech airline does flights direct from Cork to Prague.

Don't spend more than a day or two in Prague itself - unless you're specifically going for the opera - it's very boring. There's loads of small towns outside the city that are good fun.

Aer Lingus Direct to Prague or Vienna from Dublin should be the cheapest. Czech Airlines (it may be called OK airlines) also or at least used to do a flight as well. USIT used to have OK as their cheapest option.

I haven't investigated Ryanair or any cheapos for Czech but Aer Lingus works out cheapest and quickest to Vienna.

Also don't forget Vienna to Prague is about 5 hours by train (similar if not slightly quicker by car).

If doing this buy a train ticket to just over the Cyech border and then one for the rest of the journey. This will save you a fortune!
