POP mail problem

I'm trying to set up a pop mail account, I have an E-mail address with a site and i cant make a pop mail account on outlook express. What are the NTL pop mail server info is it mail.ntlworld.ie ? I dont know that it is ? can anyone help me ? Thanks

i think its

pop.ntlworld.ie
outgoing should be smtp.ntlworld.ie
