This machine hasnt fallen over in 25 years and we have to baby sit it for 3 months. The likelihood of you actually having to do anything but be available to look at it in an emergency is quite low.

I would want to see some form of assurance that you know your stuff with RS6000's and AIX (to make sure you arent chancing your arm!). Beyond that, a head and 4 limbs is about all I require.
