Custom Avatars

Ok i know this is No No and im probly gonna get flamed but why not have a system where you have to PM the avatar to one of the mods for approval? or where you can only have a custom avatar after a certain number of posts? I dunno i just think custom avatars add a bit of personality to a forum.

Well cant complain about the 50 gazebos i guess. They are providing an amazing service for free. Might give that pack a go.
