    Is anyone alble to play this on acoustic/electric guitar. I can play the main part of the song (lead) but to play both backing guitar & lead at once is very difficult (if you know what I mean).

    Cavtina - is the theme from the deer hunter.

    The reason for a backing track is because theres ment to be two guitars :O see if u can get a m8 to play it with you. Or record yourself playing one track ...

    But you could play this song on one guitar

    It looks to me like barre chords are used (figure out the shapes your self)

    and some hybrid picking (use your thumb and finger(s) to pick)

    and just keep practicing.

    I know it can be played on 1 as I saw a busker playing it before :p

    A hard piece to play though.
