is there anyway of recording something off the tv without one? and how much are they and where'd i get one? (i can't find them on komplett)

Komplett do have it. This yoke has a s-video in so it should work with your camcorder.

I have a thread below trying to find out if its any good.

It's also available without the satellite reciever for €110 or something.

if its a digital video camera, firewire would be the best way to go.

Read it wrong, ya go for firewire if you have it, firewire is on audigy sound cards for one.

I though you had one with s - video or composite
