No points - No Supporters - 1 goal.

With the League of Ireland having moved to a summer season it is now time to cut out all the crap thats left.

UCD should be kicked out of the league. They make a mockery of a league trying to be as professional as possible.

UCD rugby is as bad and they too should be kicked out of the AIL.

you've obviously got a chip on your shoulder about UCD for some reason however they are rightly in the League based on the fact they did not get relegated last season. They have had a bad start to the season and have a tough home game coming up against shels but they played some good footie last season and Paul Doolin has done a reasonable job with the squad he has...

It's too early in the summer league to be saying who'll go down and they don't kick out teams for not winning (look at sunderland)

    thats my tu'pence

    cheers

    Yes!

And how about organise a 'fame academy' type phone voting system with TV3 whereby teams are ranked and eliminated purely by means of a popular vote instead of what they actually produce on the pitch during the course of a season.

    Dumbass

what do you expect from a bunch of students? they're too hungover to play football.

Do you want them out of the league or the division ???

They may go down to Div 1

In fairness, UCD have had a hard start, and they are a bit of a bogey team for Shels, they'll get a at least a draw there.

Doolin is a hardworking manager, and he has a good football brain in eL terms. They will get some results this season and stay up, I'd have no doubt about that. They also produce some cracking young players consistently in recent years.

UCD get poor crowds, but I don't think any eL club is in a position to pontificate on that one.

And after I graduate I need my twice yearly trip to the bar when Bohs play there.

Typical jealous bull****, with logic like that Mr. Darko must be a Rovers fan.

Probably is. Although Rovers beat them. Was impressed with Waterford last Friday though, they might yet stay up.

How can you begin to consider relegating a team on the basis of, well nothing really.

Its not a cup competition, you don't go down cos of one game. As for the support i can't comment-which as a UCD student prob says something?

The rugby team has some great players, just lack mature forwards needed in the irish game, don't understand why you're knocking them?

I'm a Waterford supporter and I must say we have what I think is our strongest squad in years. Alan O Reilly is playing out of his skin and Jimmy McGeough is hoping to bring in a couple of more players. So looks like we're gonna stay.

    Bring em on!!!!

Yeah Waterford have a decent team, but you won't get anywhere with Gary O Neill in you team.

I thought Waterford were pretty $hit when they played UCD to be honest. I'd be surprised if they don't end up in relegation trouble.

UCD are ****en ****. They all suck at football. The only good thing about them is where they play, the pitches are perfect.

Yeah they have one of the best surfaces in the EL but they simply should not be there.

Currently they have lost 6 from 6 scored 1 and conceded 10

Belfield should be for the SuperLeague only

In fairness UCD are playing more like SuperLeague standard than EL standard at the moment.

The surface out at Belfield Park isn't exactly one of the better ones. There is a slope at the unseated end, and it's basically too small a pitch. And the pitches in front of the commerce building are similarly ****.
