new motion stuff

This is the first edit of a 30 sec ad i put together at work for a demo reel.
Sound is a bit distorted at the end in this version.

Its my first project done with After effects and i am so impressed with the program. I really love it.

Its about a 7mb download and ive used the sorenson 3 compressor.

I really like the sound. where did you get the shots from?

The sound is what im unhappy with. Im thinking of scrapping and starting a new sound base.

all he shots were taken by me around town. It even has my brother in it

The camera is the jvc rival to the canon xm1. Cant remember the model number.

Looks pretty cool.

I especially like the ending. Really ties it altogether. Did you do the MD 'swing' yourself, or did you get it from somwhere.

The shots are good, though they do have the all too 'dogital' look about them, which can't really be avoided.

I spent hours on a friends dj decks turning the minidisk in a variety of ways to get a good shot. Its my favourite bit of the ad

The decks were perfect by the way. Just the right weight on the turntable for a smooth turn.
