QW Servers Upgraded

    We have moved to QW 2.21.

    Get client from quake.ie files section.

    Q2 will be upgraded to 3.16 as soon as it is released.

    I've been looking into new Q2 duel and war mods,
    haven't found a suitable _Linux_ one as of yet
    but send on your suggestions, tried q2comp and
    it seemed to be majorly buggy, don't know if I
    like the look of the OGL one either...
