A small Dutch orpan, dressed in rags, recently escaped from a Chech Republic circus and after 3 weeks on the run without food, has just broken into your house and you have caught them stealing FROM YOU!!!

WOULD YOU PUNISH THEM?? IF SO - HOW????

Well, since I don't KNOW his/her "life history" and since if he/she is Dutch he/she couldn't tell me.

Therefore, it would be more accurate to ask, what would you do if you found some scruffy kid in your home?

I'd give him some food, clean clothes and a shower. Then tell him i'm bringing him to the garda station to report this atrocity, and watch his little face light up when i pull up to the circus and kick him out of the car. Whilst shouting out the window "Twill teach ya for comin a'knockin on my door ya little kunt"
