earplugs - know where i can get them?

I'm looking to get a pair of good quality ear plugs for concerts. I don't want to get the molded ones but i've seen pretty good "one size fits all" ones online. They reduce volume right across the spectrum so that you don't end up with muffled sound and can still enjoy the music. I've seen some online e.g.

Eh anywhere.... Any shop that does anything to do with travel. Dunnes, Roches the list goes on.. the travel accessories stand always has earplugs.. hell you can probably get them at your local pharmacy

Yeah but all you get there are the crap foam ones aren't they? I'm looking for good quality ones.

Thats thumbed link is really good.

I unfortunatly have permanant tinitus (well for teh last 8 months anyway). Its not pleasent cause I also get ear infections loads.

I'm goin to try to get those molded ear plugs, they sound really good, especially cause I booked my ticket for the leeds festival yesterday and the prospect of three days straight of a million decibals isn't pleasing my ears.

just get the disposible ones from the chemists, 88 cent a pack, they work grand.

I got foam ones in Boots for €2.91 and you get a little white box to keep them in too.
They're not crap, they're cheap but they really make a huge difference. I don't go to any gigs without them now.

thats the link from thumped, but they seem to be the same plugs as from the original yahoo link i posted. I'll let ye know how i get on with them, looking forward to some big gigs this summer without frying my ears............

i need a pair myself but i left it too late to order online.. maybe for next time if these are worth getting..

Blast from the past - Yeah, I got on great with them, I bring them to all gigs and use them if needed. I definitely feel a lot better going to gigs now and can be sure i won't be walking out half deaf. I actually lost them about 6 months ago but when I went back to the site to get another pair they had changed their ordering policy to favour bulk purchase, so I bought a pair of the very same ones here instead

You can get them in any guitar shop, like Music Maker or one of those, if you live in Dublin...
