Help... paying tax, website... and stuff...

I have a website that provides services to Recruitment Agencies to post their jobs for Free.

The web is working really well, and some companies want to start paying me for publicity. But I'm not a company....

Any idea how can I pay tax for this without being a company, or... any way to try to make this as legal as possible.

    Thanks

    Simple.
Become a soletrader (free of charge). Agree a price with your customer. Invoice them plus 21% VAT. Repay the VAT every 2 mths to the Revenue. Settle your tax annually through your tax accountant.

PS; get a smart accountant who knows the in's and out's of tax for self-employed.
